The session is for colleagues working as a Clinical Safety Officers, CCIOs, Clinical Leads AND equivalent roles within Social Care. This session will focus on the NHS Clinical Safety Standards, how to create an hazard log and write a safety case, if you feel this fits your role please register. It may be useful to read through the YHCR safety case and familiarise yourself with the standards below, prior to booking.
