We plan to provide an update on our work in relation to implementing the programmes’ clinical recommendations for lower limb wounds and opportunities for the use of wound management digital systems to support wound care provision.  We will share our work on the development of a high-level framework functional overview of wound management digital systems and how this work will lead to the creation of a full output-based app specification and procurement evaluation criteria.

During the webinar, work will be presented from one or more Trusts to demonstrate how implementing the recommendations can be used to improve care and there will be opportunity to discuss how wound management digital systems app and web-based technologies can be used to support such initiatives.  We will also update on our plans to recruit First Tranche Implementation Sites to develop blueprints for Lower Limb wound service improvements.
